Everyone starts at the beginner level, and can progress to more demanding challenges if they wish.

For your safety and comfort, we recommend that you :
Adult Accompaniment
For their own safety, children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult, who may be present on the course or on the ground. In addition, there must be one adult for every three children under 13.
The accompanying adult is not required to take part in the activity, but must purchase a ticket.
What happens if there is bad weather?
With us, the adventure continues even in the rain. We're not made of chocolate, so dress accordingly.
In the event of thunderstorms or high winds, we may have to postpone the adventure. In most cases, the activity can resume on the same day, but if extreme weather conditions persist, we may have to reschedule for another day.
If you have any concerns about the weather conditions expected on the day of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance or consult our refund policies.
Reservations and risk acknowledgement
When you arrive at the park, please present yourself at the reception desk at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.
Before your visit, please sign the online risk acknowledgement. After booking, an e-mail containing a link to WHEREWOLF will be sent to your inbox (check your spam folder too). Be sure to share this link with your friends and family, so that all participants can complete their form in advance. If you've forgotten to fill it in, that's okay. You can fill it in on the spot before starting your adventure.
