Customer Journey

Before your visit

  1. Book online to guarantee your place on the day that suits you best.
  2. Fill in and submit the risk form that we will send you by email.
  3. Go to the reception desk 30 minutes before the start of the event to register and collect your wristband.

 

The day of the activity

  1. If you get the urge, remember to go to the toilet before you start.
  2. Go to the waiting area at the scheduled departure time.
  3. Adjustment of equipment (harness and helmet provided).
  4. One of our guides will explain the safety instructions to you so that you can fully enjoy the experience in a pleasant and safe atmosphere.
  5. At Chauveau, expect a short healthy walk of 5-10 minutes to reach the courses.
  6. Start the course one after the other.
  7. Children will have all the time they need to enjoy climbing again and again on our different children's courses. The fun never stops!

 

Once the adventure is over

  1. Return your used equipment.
  2. After the adventure, stock up on souvenirs in our shop before the next activity!

Need to Know

How do I prepare?

In addition to the dedicated children's courses at Arbraska Chauveau and Laflèche, children aged 5 and over can also enjoy the regular aerial courses at Arbraska Mont-Saint-Grégoire, Rawdon and Rigaud at their own pace. For added safety, the children's aerial course at Arbraska Chauveau is equipped with a continuous lifeline.

What to wear and bring

For your safety and comfort, we recommend that you :

  • Wear comfortable sports clothing, such as long pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe sports shoes.
  • Sandals, crocs and shoes that don't fit your feet properly or protect your toes are strictly forbidden.
  • Fitted gloves are recommended for better grip. Gloves can also be purchased on site if required.
  • Avoid wearing jewelry, short shorts or short tops that expose the midriff.
  • Also avoid bringing loose or easily detachable objects. We're talking here about your phone or camera.
  • Leave all valuables at home or lock them in your car.
  • Bring your own snacks and drinks, but if you forget, we sell them on site.

 

Required equipment will be provided for all participants. At the Chauveau Park, children will circulate on a continuous lifeline, thus offering peace of mind to parents. In Laflèche, the course is suitable for children but handling carabiners will be required.

Adult Accompaniment

At Arbraska Chauveau, children aged 13 and under must have an adult on site with them, respecting a ratio of one adult for a maximum of 3 children. The adult can do the course with them, but can also stay on the ground and the latter option is free.

At Arbraska Laflèche, children aged 13 and under must have an adult on site with them, respecting a ratio of one adult for a maximum of 3 children. However, we require that children aged 5 to 7 be accompanied on the course, respecting the same ratio.

What happens if there is bad weather?

With us, the adventure continues even in the rain. We're not made of chocolate, so dress accordingly.

 

In the event of thunderstorms or high winds, we may have to postpone the adventure. In most cases, the activity can resume on the same day, but if extreme weather conditions persist, we may have to reschedule for another day.

 

If you have any concerns about the weather conditions expected on the day of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance or consult our refund policies.

Reservations and risk acknowledgement

  • Reservations are strongly recommended for this activity, as we often sell out or run out of places. Make your reservation now.
  • Online payment is required to confirm your reservation.

 

When you arrive at the park, please present yourself at the reception desk at least 15 to 30 minutes before your reservation time.

 

Before your visit, please sign the online risk acknowledgement. After booking, an e-mail containing a link to WHEREWOLF will be sent to your inbox (check your spam folder too). Be sure to share this link with your friends and family, so that all participants can complete their form in advance. If you've forgotten to fill it in, that's okay. You can fill it in on the spot before starting your adventure.
