How can we book?
To book, you can click on the BOOK NOW icon located at the top right of the screen. You can also call 1 877 886-5500, then choose the option associated with the park of your choice or call the park directly. We will be happy to answer all your questions and help you make your reservation.
Do we have to make a reservation?
Yes, reservation is required to come and have fun with us. We have a limited amount of equipment and need to make sure there is one for you. Payment will be required when booking online or by phone, with a credit card.
What are the different activities offered?
Treetop courses are our specialty, but it doesn't stop there! We also offer several outdoor activities for the whole family.

What is Arbraska?
Arbraska is first and foremost a course in the trees! Equipped with complete and safe climbing equipment, you can have fun climbing from one tree to another in our many courses composed of zip lines, Tarzan ropes, rope bridges and much more. Our courses are laid out at different heights and at various levels of difficulty. But Arbraska is much more than just courses in the trees!
How should we dress?
We advise you to wear comfortable clothes (trousers or Bermuda shorts, sweaters covering the entire waist), closed and tied shoes (no sandals are accepted). Long hair must be tied back at all times.
Do I need gloves? If so, what kind?
Gloves are recommended for the Zipline & Aerial Game Trek as well as in the Discovery Course. We usually sell gloves on site if customers are interested, but you are welcome to bring some from home. Tight fitting gloves like a cycling gloves, or simple gardening gloves will do!
Is a ticket required if I want to watch my friends/family climb?
This depends on the activity. For the Discovery and Zipline & Aerial Game Trek, one does not need to purchase a ticket to watch. For Treewalk Village and uplå, tickets are required as the area is enclosed in a fence.
Can I bring my own climbing equipment?
No, customers must use our gear as it is regulated by the TSSA and is checked and cleaned daily.
What should I bring for my excursion?
For all actvities, closed toed shoes like running shoes are required, and a waiver must be completed for each guest. We also recommend that all customers come with a water bottle and snacks for their activity. They can take breaks as needed. Sunscreen and bug spray are also advised but must be put on before getting harnessed.
What equipment is provided?
For most actvities a climbing harness and a helmet are provided and will be secured by a staff member on site. Please wear closed-toe shoes. Gloves are recommended and sold on site if needed.
Where can I put my belongings?
There are picnic benches and cubbies around the parks, however, we recommend that you lock any valuables in your car as we are not liable if anything is stolen. We cannot hold items in our office as well.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled activity time in order for our staff to check you in and get your group started on time. Late arrivals may be moved to the next available time slot.
When does the park open?
Our main operating season is from April until mid-November, however some parks are open year-round. Opening times per park are based off of their booking schedule so book in advance! Click the book now button!
