• Pour réserver, cliquer sur RÉSERVER. 
• Choisir votre parc et l’activité - RÉSERVEZ EN LIGNE 
• Effectuez des réservations séparées pour les personnes qui n'ont pas de passe de saison dans votre groupe. 
• Choisir la date, l’activité, l’heure et entrer le nombre de participants avec la passe de saison par tranche d’âge selon votre groupe -COMMANDER 
• Cliquer sur CONTINUER, pour aller à la page des détails, remplissez le tout et dans APPLIQUER MAINTENANT, ADHÉSION, entrer le numéro de la passe de saison. 
• Si vous êtes plusieurs détenteurs de passes de saison dans une même réservation, entrez chacun des codes de chaque membre, en les séparant par une virgule. Le rabais s'appliquera sur tous les membres. Si vous éprouvez des problèmes lors de la réservation, contactez-nous au 1 877-886-5500.
• Pour les achats en boutique, présentez votre numéro de passe de saison, et le commis vous appliquera un rabais de 10%.

• Choose your park and activity- BOOK ONLINE
• If you plan to come with people who do not have a season pass, you will need to create two separated bookings.
• Choose your date, activity, time and enter the number per ages attending-CHECKOUT
• After entering the details, click on REDEEM NOW, MEMBERSHIP and enter there your membership number.
• If booking for more than one pass holder, enter each code of each member, separated by coma.
• Discount should apply accordingly. If not, please contact us at 1 877-886-5500.
• For the Boutique at the park, simply show your season pass number, and the staff will apply a 10% discount on selected items.

To book, you can click on the BOOK NOW icon located at the top right of the screen. You can also call 1 877 886-5500, then choose the option associated with the park of your choice or call the park directly. We will be happy to answer all your questions and help you make your reservation.

Yes, reservation is required to come and have fun with us. We have a limited amount of equipment and need to make sure there is one for you. Payment will be required when booking online or by phone, with a credit card.

Treetop courses are our specialty, but it doesn't stop there! We also offer several outdoor activities for the whole family.

We advise you to wear comfortable clothes (trousers or Bermuda shorts, sweaters covering the entire waist), closed and tied shoes (no sandals are accepted). Long hair must be tied back at all times.

Gloves are recommended for the Zipline & Aerial Game Trek as well as in the Discovery Course. We usually sell gloves on site if customers are interested, but you are welcome to bring some from home. Tight fitting gloves like a cycling gloves, or simple gardening gloves will do!

This depends on the activity. For the Discovery and Zipline & Aerial Game Trek, one does not need to purchase a ticket to watch. For Treewalk Village and uplå, tickets are required as the area is enclosed in a fence. 

No, customers must use our gear as it is regulated by the TSSA and is checked and cleaned daily. 

For all actvities, closed toed shoes like running shoes are required, and a waiver must be completed for each guest. We also recommend that all customers come with a water bottle and snacks for their activity. They can take breaks as needed. Sunscreen and bug spray are also advised but must be put on before getting harnessed. 

For most actvities a climbing harness and a helmet are provided and will be secured by a staff member on site. Please wear closed-toe shoes. Gloves are recommended and sold on site if needed. 

There are picnic benches and cubbies around the parks, however, we recommend that you lock any valuables in your car as we are not liable if anything is stolen. We cannot hold items in our office as well. 

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled activity time in order for our staff to check you in and get your group started on time. Late arrivals may be moved to the next available time slot.

Our main operating season is from April until mid-November, however some parks are open year-round. Opening times per park are based off of their booking schedule so book in advance! Click the book now button!
