On the day of the activity:
- No refunds possible, the park will be open rain or shine. See our policy for major weather conditions.
The day before the activity (at least 24 hours before):
- You can move a reservation free of charge by notifying us by phone at 1 877 886.5500 no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date of the reserved activity. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be offered in the event of cancellation.
48 hours or more before the activity:
- You have the option of moving a reservation free of charge or obtaining a refund by notifying us by phone at 1 877 886.5500 within a maximum of 48 hours before the scheduled date of the reserved activity.
Inclement weather:
- In the event of cancellation of the activity by Arbraska due to extreme weather conditions (thunderstorms or high winds), the park may cancel the activities, you will be contacted, and we will try to find you another date, and if this is not possible we will issue a refund. Please call 1 877 886.5500 for more information.
- If the activity must be discontinued during your adventure, discounts will be given based on the portion of the activity consumed.
