Before your visit
- Book online to guarantee your place on the day that suits you best.
- Fill in and submit the waiver we'll send you by e-mail.
- Prepare yourself accordingly: wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, and avoid jewelry. This is an adventure, not a fashion show.
On the day of the event
- Come to the reception desk 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the activity to register and pick up your wristband.
- If you feel the urge, don't forget to go to the toilet before you start.
- Meet in the uplå waiting area at the scheduled departure time.
- One of our guides will explain the safety instructions to you, so that you can enjoy the experience to the full, in a pleasant and safe atmosphere.
- Now it's time to jump, bounce and laugh on our outdoor trampolines.
- After the adventure, stock up on souvenirs in our boutique before the next activity!
Need to Know
Guest Requirements
- Maximum weight of 136.078 kg (300 lb).
- Pregnant women are not allowed to jump for safety reasons.
- You must follow all safety rules.
- Before taking part in any activity, please make sure you have completed the waiver form and have it with you when you arrive.
What to wear and bring
For your safety and comfort, we recommend that you :
- Wear comfortable clothing, such as long pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe shoes.
- Avoid wearing jewelry that could snag during play, such as watches, earrings or belly rings.
- Also avoid bringing loose or easily detachable objects. We're talking here about your phone or camera.
- Leave all valuables at home or lock them in your car.
- Bring your own snacks and drinks, but if you forget, our on-site bistro is there to help you out.
Adult Accompaniment
Children aged 0 to 11 must be accompanied by an adult, on the basis of one adult for every three children.
Children aged 12 to 17 must also be accompanied by an adult, on the basis of one adult for every six children.
Everyone entering the park must pay the entrance fee, even if you are simply accompanying.
Adult staying on the ground have a special entrance fee of non-participant, that gives them access to the benches and tables, as well as the children's small trampoline in order to accompany the little ones for their safety.
What happens if there is bad weather
With us, the adventure continues even in the rain. We're not made of sugar, so dress accordingly.
In the event of thunderstorms or high winds, we may have to postpone the adventure. In most cases, the activity can resume on the same day, but if extreme weather conditions persist, we may have to reschedule for another day.
If you have any concerns about the weather conditions expected on the day of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance or consult our refund policies.
Reservations and risk acknowledgement
- Reservations are strongly recommended for this activity, as we often sell out or run out of places.
- Online payment is required to confirm your reservation.
When you arrive at the park, check in at the reception desk at least 15-30 minutes before your reservation time, to take part in the mandatory safety briefing.
Before your visit, please sign the online risk acknowledgement. After booking, an e-mail containing a link to the online Waiver will be sent to your inbox (check your spam folder too). Be sure to share this link with your friends and family, so that all participants can complete their form in advance. If you've forgotten to fill it in, that's okay. You can fill it in on the spot before starting your adventure.
