As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers over the phone. Your mission: to inform, advise, and inspire customers, providing them with an unforgettable experience at our adventure parks in Quebec (Arbraska) and Ontario (Treetop Trekking). You will provide information about our activities and handle reservations according to established guidelines.

Requirements
- Bilingual
- Basic computer skills
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience (an asset)
