Customer Journey
Before the event
- Book online to guarantee your place on the day that suits you best.
- Fill in and submit the waiver we'll send you by e-mail.
- Prepare yourself accordingly: wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, and avoid jewelry. This is an adventure, not a fashion show.
On the day of the event
- Come to the reception desk 30 minutes before the start of the activity to register and pick up your wristband.
- If you feel the urge to go, don't forget to use the toilet before you start.
- Meet in the waiting area at the scheduled start time.
- Equipment fitting (harness and helmet supplied).
- In Laflèche, a 10-minute uphill walk awaits you to reach the start of the route. In Chauveau, you will also have a short healthy walk to do to get there.
- One of our guides will explain the safety instructions to you, so that you can enjoy the experience to the full, in a pleasant and safe atmosphere.
- Start the course one after the other.
- Climb and have fun for 3 hours on our different aerial courses. Note that you may not be able to complete all of them.
Once the adventure is over
- Return your used equipment.
- After the adventure, stock up on souvenirs in our store before the next activity!
Challenge Rating
We all have our limits, but don't worry, our aerial courses are designed to be fun and exciting, whatever your level of ability or daring.
Everyone starts at the beginner level, and can progress to more demanding challenges if they wish.
Please note that some of the more challenging courses have height requirements.

Height:
- ARBRASKA CHAUVEAU: 140.21 cm (4.6 ft) or taller
- ARBRASKA LAFLÈCHE: 152.4 cm (5 ft)or taller
- At ARBRASKA MONT-SAINT-GRÉGOIRE, ARBRASKA RAWDON, and ARBRASKA RIGAUD, certain courses may have a minimum height requirement, therefore clients must choose from the available options accordingly
- At Laflèche and Chauveau, participants that do not have the height requirement have to book through the aerial games for children.
What to wear and bring
For your safety and comfort, we recommend that you :
- Wear comfortable sports clothing, such as long pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe sports shoes.
- Sandals, crocs and shoes that don't fit your feet properly or protect your toes are strictly forbidden.
- Fitted gloves are recommended for better grip. Gloves can also be purchased on site if required. At Lafleche park, gloves will be provided for the Zipline and Aerial game trek, but not for the aerial games for children.
- Avoid wearing jewelry, short shorts or short tops that expose the midriff.
- Avoid bringing loose or easily dropped objects. Your phone or camera should be in a secure pocket.
- Leave all valuables at home or lock them in your car.
- Bring your own snacks and drinks, but if you forget, we sell them on site.
Adult Accompaniment
For their own safety, children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult, who may be present on the course or on the ground. In addition, there must be one adult for every three children under 13.
At Laflèche park, children aged 13 and under must have an adult participating with them in the courses, as it is not possible to follow on the ground. A ratio of 1 adult for every 3 kids must be respected.
*remember that for Lafleche park, children that does not meet the 152cm height requirement must book through the Aerial games for children, and that activity has other requirements for the 5-7 years old.
At Rigaud park, chldren aged 5 to 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult into the courses. Respecting the same ratio of 1 adult for a maximum of 3 children.

What happens if there is bad weather?
With us, the adventure continues even in the rain. We're not made of chocolate, so dress accordingly.
In the event of thunderstorms or high winds, we may have to postpone the adventure. In most cases, the activity can resume on the same day, but if extreme weather conditions persist, we may have to reschedule for another day.
If you have any concerns about the weather conditions expected on the day of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance or consult our refund policies.

- Reservations are strongly recommended for this activity, as we often sell out or run out of places. Make your reservation now.
- Online payment is required to confirm your reservation.

When you arrive at the park, please present yourself at the reception desk at least 30 minutes before your reservation time.
Before your visit, please sign the online risk acknowledgement. After booking, an e-mail containing a link to WHEREWOLF will be sent to your inbox (check your spam folder too). Be sure to share this link with your friends and family, so that all participants can complete their form in advance. If you've forgotten to fill it in, that's okay. You can fill it in on the spot before starting your adventure.
