La Rafale is also an opportunity to push our limits to the extreme:

  • Intense physical activity in the forest on the slopes of Mont Rigaud.

Challenge Rating

This demanding course is designed for fans of physical challenges, providing thrills for even the most daring adventurer. If you're looking for even more adrenalin, some sections offer additional challenges, but bear in mind that there's no possibility of descending halfway.

Customer Journey

Before the event

  1. Book online to guarantee your place on the day that suits you best.
  2. Fill in and submit a waiver we'll send you by e-mail.
  3. Prepare yourself accordingly: wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, and avoid jewelry. This is an adventure, not a fashion show.

 

On the day of the event

  1. Come to the reception desk 30 minutes before the start of the activity to register and pick up your wristband.
  2. If you feel the urge to go, don't forget to use the toilet before you start.
  3. Meet in the waiting area at the scheduled start time.
  4. One of our guides will explain the safety instructions to you, so that you can enjoy the experience to the full, in a pleasant and safe atmosphere.
  5. Equipment fitting (harness and helmet provided).
  6. Approx. 10-minute walk to the foot of the course. Please note that the slope is uphill.
  7. Start the course one after the other.
  8. Go at your own pace, climb the ladders and challenge every obstacle on the course. And if you're feeling adventurous, take the shortcuts - or don't!

 

Once the adventure is over

  1. Return to the chalet.
  2. Return used equipment.
  3. After the adventure, stock up on souvenirs in our boutique before the next activity!

Guest Requirements

Age: Minimum age is 15 years old.

Weight: Maximum weight is 113.39kg (250lbs)

What to wear and bring

For your safety and comfort, we recommend that you :

  • Wear comfortable sports clothing, such as long pants, long-sleeved shirts and closed-toe sports shoes.
  • Sandals, crocs and shoes that don't fit your feet properly or protect your toes are strictly forbidden.
  • Fitted gloves are recommended for better grip. Gloves can also be purchased on site if required.
  • Avoid wearing jewelry, short shorts or short tops that expose the midriff.
  • Also avoid bringing loose or easily detachable objects. We're talking here about your phone or camera.
  • Leave all valuables at home or lock them in your car.
  • Bring your own snacks and drinks, but if you forget, we sell them on site.

Adult Accompaniment

15-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult who must be present on site, but is not required to participate in the activity. There must be one adult for every six children under 18.

 

The accompanying adult is not required to take part in the activity, but must purchase a ticket.

What happens if there is bad weather?

With us, the adventure continues even in the rain. We're not made of chocolate, so dress accordingly.

 

In the event of thunderstorms or high winds, we may have to postpone the adventure. In most cases, the activity can resume on the same day, but if extreme weather conditions persist, we may have to reschedule for another day.

 

If you have any concerns about the weather conditions expected on the day of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance or consult our refund policies.

Reservation and risk acknowledgement

  • Reservations are required for this activity. Book now.
  • Online payment is required to confirm your reservation.

 

When you arrive at the park, please check in at least 15 to 30 minutes before your reservation time.

 

Before your visit, please sign the online risk acknowledgement. After booking, an e-mail containing a link to WHEREWOLF will be sent to your inbox (check your spam folder too). Be sure to share this link with your friends and family, so that all participants can complete their form in advance. If you've forgotten to fill it in, that's okay. You can fill it in on the spot before starting your adventure.
